Studies have shown that perioperative use of CPAP leads to a reduction in the rate of post-operative pulmonary complications often seen with sleep apnea patients1. Using small disposable CPAP devices like Flow-Safe® II and Flow-Safe II EZ® is simple and safe. All Flow-Safe CPAP devices come with integrated manometers, a pressure relief valve for safety and a deluxe mask providing comfort and improved seal. The Flow-Safe II EZ has an integrated nebulizer allowing both the CPAP device and nebulizer to be powered off of one gas source. The device is small for easy storage and requires very little training.
