High-Precision Ray Data Measurement

The compact RiGO801-LED goniophotometer is specifically designed for high-precision measurement of ray data from small light sources such as LEDs, OLEDs, and modules. With a ray data positioning accuracy of 0.01 mm, even the smallest LEDs can be measured with the highest quality.

Spatial Near-Field Luminance Distribution

As with all RiGO801 goniophotometers, the spatial luminance distribution is first measured using a luminance measurement camera LMK6-5, which moves around the light source. The ray data is then calculated from these measurements. The focus of this device is on precision and high resolution of the ray vectors, which is crucial for applications in optical simulations.
