The excellent performance of the ILT950 Spectroradiometer has been improved ever further with the addition of a new machined optical bench for reduced stray light, and improved thermal stability.

The new SONY CCD array is upgraded for improved performance including an increase from 2 to 4 photons/count and an increase of 100:1 in signal to noise over previous models. This combined with the new software features included in our powerful SpectrILight III, makes the ILT950 Spectroradiometer a top performer in the CCD array spectrometers available on the market.
