The BKG® BlueFlow™ MHDP high pressure gear pump is a positive displacement pump which provides a linear polymer output over a wide range of operating conditions.  By locating the BKG® gear pump between your extruder and die, you can directly dial in consistent, repeatable polymer flow rate, while eliminating extruder surge, precisely metering polymer, and building pressure to your die.
